We are a family owned and operated maple syrup operation - it is part of our farming business producing grains for food. We have a modern production facility with the latest equipment which helps in our goal to produce a premium product with outstanding Maple flavour. As well we draw on 5 generations worth of expertise in the making of Maple Syrup.

Our sugarhouse is located in a woodlot that has been producing Maple Syrup since 1965 which allows us to manage the forest the best way we know how which ensures future production for generations to come.

Currently we have 1,300 taps all on food grade plastic pipeline aided by a vacuum pump to harvest the maple sap and brings it directly into the sugarhouse. We then utilize a reverse osmosis machine to remove 55% of the water before it's boiled down and finished on the wood fired evaporator. From there, we filter and hot pack the syrup at 185 degrees to help maintain its quality for consumption.
